| 1. I am not responsible if the model getting ripped or leaked. It is highly advised you use Dextro Protection on the avatar you commissioned. |
| 2. you cannot change your design halfway though the progress, once it is rigged I will not change it. |
| 3. if something is wrong with the design please tell me, if you tell me when it is uploaded/in unity I will not change it. |
| 4. I will not make copyrighted/others ocs and characters. |
| 5. do not Frankenstein the avatar, aka ripping/paying bad actors models and attaching my model to theirs. |
| 6. I will not edit a model that I do not own. |
| 7. do not resell the commission, even if you want to make an adopt out of it. |
| 8. if you are a “ripper”, “file leaker”, or any of the sort, I will not accept your commission. |
| 9. I can/will refuse service to anyone that may want to commission me. |
| 10. please do not rush any comms that I’m working on. comms won't be my first priority, but rather my third priority. |
| 11. please do not message me frequently asking for updates (it will take longer if so) Updates will be given if there are any. |
| 12. payment can either be upfront or half. if commissioner request a refund, they will be given half of what they paid IF I already started the model due to my time being put into it. |
| 13. you can publish or private the model i do not care, as long as you credit me. |
